1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Inactive Accounts

4.5 Currency and Fees

be888 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside be888's control. be888 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by be888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering with bonus funds on games that contribute less than 100% to wagering requirements will mean that the full bet value does not count toward clearing the requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, be888 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, void related bets, and close the account permanently.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account balance without notice. be888 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting Rules and Void Bets

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on be888 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market as published on the platform. A bet is considered accepted only when be888 issues a confirmed bet receipt to the player. In the event of a technical failure or communication error that prevents confirmation being displayed, the bet may not have been successfully placed, and the player should contact support before attempting to re-place the bet.

6.2 Void Bets

be888 reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances, among others:

• The bet was placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical error or human mistake.
• The underlying event was cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or abandoned.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded, due to a data feed delay.
• There is credible evidence that the result of the event was pre-determined or subject to match-fixing.
• The bet was placed in breach of any provision of these Terms.

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

6.3 Maximum Payout

be888 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day, which are published in the relevant sport or game rules section of the platform. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at the published limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at any time during an event. be888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice, particularly where there is uncertainty about an event's status or where the integrity of a market cannot be assured. Bets placed during a suspension window that are accepted in error may be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct
